LaDonna Smith is a trailblazing entrepreneur, beauty industry leader, and passionate advocate for inclusivity in the beauty world. As the Founder and CEO of CON’TOUR Makeup Studio, she has dedicated her career to empowering aspiring beauty professionals, particularly those who face barriers due to autoimmune diseases or limited access to education and career resources.
Her personal journey, shaped by resilience, entrepreneurship, and a commitment to mentorship, has led her to establish CON’TOUR CARES, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization designed to uplift individuals with autoimmune diseases and young beauty professionals through education, mentorship, and financial support.
The Inspiration Behind CON’TOUR CARES:
LaDonna’s passion for beauty and empowerment is deeply rooted in her personal experiences and industry expertise. She recognized that many aspiring makeup artists and beauty professionals lacked the financial means or educational support to pursue careers in beauty. And for individuals living with autoimmune diseases, the lack of awareness and accommodation in the industry created an even greater barrier.
Understanding that beauty is more than skin deep, LaDonna envisioned CON’TOUR CARES as a transformative force—providing scholarships, training, and mentorship to ensure that no individual is excluded from the beauty industry due to financial hardship or health challenges.

LaDonna founded CON’TOUR Makeup Studio to redefine luxury beauty for all skin tones.
