Proposal Overview:
CON’TOUR Makeup Studio is seeking to partner with high schools across America to introduce the CON’TOUR Makeup Program, an innovative, hands-on curriculum designed to provide aspiring high school-age makeup artists with professional training, industry knowledge, and real-world experience. This program will be integrated as a credited class, equipping students with essential beauty industry skills and pathways to certification, employment, and entrepreneurship.
Program Objectives
- Hands-on Beauty Education: Provide students with fundamental and advanced makeup artistry skills.
- Industry Certification: Help students work towards obtaining makeup artist certifications or cosmetology licensing.
- Career Development: Offer mentorship, job shadowing, and internship opportunities within the beauty industry.
- Entrepreneurial Training: Teach business skills, branding, and marketing for students who aspire to start their own beauty businesses.

Program Structure
